Veloura Barrie ships orders to eligible locations shown at checkout.

If your address is not available during checkout, we may not currently ship to your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you may receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Veloura Barrie is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Veloura Barrie is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
